I think this game needs a fast travel option. It's quite boring to go all over the map to do simple daily tasks.

Anyone figure out where you need to go after you beat the figment on the cliffs to get around that gate? Theres a trapdoor out there, but interacting with it does nothin. I cant figure it out.
If you've progressed through the story than the next stop should be the caves.
the next part to belle's quest says i need a pass to mountain road even though i already have one wtf

You should have the Mist Form ability that can be used to pass through the gate.
There is fetishistic content of the Adult Baby/Diaper Lover genre. If you are looking for people fucking, you will not find it in this game.
