I have three scenes missing and the phone in the game is no help...I'm missing the one between Fucking Linda in the Bathroom and the new Quickie one; The one between Olivia HJ and Eating...; and between Olivia Threesome and Isaac Fucking Olivia...any help?

There is a ton of content in the game already. Wait long enough, and you might have so much content that you can't get through it in a single update cycle, not that there is anything wrong with that.

in later stages, you might find her at her apartment. As you said, it depends on what stage you're in.
