the 1st one u need to take the teacher to the library afterclass & it will occure if u have ur stats
the 2nd just make linda follow u to your room & select one of the actions & u will find it
the 3rd make linda follow u to the living room & select the massage action (available in the afternoon)
as for the rest it's the same u either make her follow u to your room or the living room & that's it
It has been mentioned before.
1) Use the mirror in the MC house (by the entrance).
2) Talk to Morning Star @ the Night Club.
