For this update,I just see one ALICE s quest and I do it ,then it got no ALICE quest anymore...

Well do you have Maya quests? Just switch between Maya and Alice.

I think I have, I'm trying to craft some items but she basically says I am dumb and need to get my math skills up but I don't see how to do that

finish Lilly and Gypsy story, then you have to watch 2 cutscenes, one is outside Molly apt and one other is outside the gym, then visit living room at night

I still dont know how to do that??

I think you need to talk to Lucifer at the Night Club. You can find Maya at the policestation at night, but i dont think she have anything to say before you complete Lilly and Gupsy quests.
