There's a few reasons:why this game never completed
evrytime his update comes so small content :v
-Like people said primarily more money, they treat this game almost like a MMO where content is constantly being added and there is no real end(except for the ending where you go back to your old life willingly)
-Building the framework for these games takes a lot of time, so building a new game with a new foundation means they would be slowly creating new characters and introducing scenes for them, could be like Island of Milfs where they take months to give you a simple oral or titfuck scene
-A lot of their fans like the female characters in Littleman and dont want the game to end because they want new fresh content for their favorites

After finishing all the quest with all girls go to Molly's home at night and after that go to gym at night you will see something and then go to the livingroom in afternoon
