Heh, development of this game is veeeeeeerrrrryyyyy slow. There are tons of features that are planned to be implemented. Some are already partially done. For example, a bugged version of forced kissing between male and female characters existed in the previous version (v. 2314). The trigger from male characters was removed from this version (although it still exists for female characters) because it wasn't finished yet, and will be reimplemented when finalized. But yes, female-on-male h-attacks are very much planned for the future. It's just going to take a while.
I would personally pay more to have them speed up development.
It is one person. You speak as if there is a group of people working on this game.

Pretty sure that camel clutch was there in the previous versions. Besides the new punish moves, the only other new move is takedown from standing grapple.

Has there been any mention of a character creator from the devs? Also, is there like a discord for this game?
Goodness no. He's not within MILES of that kind of programming capability. What we got right now is nothing shy of a miracle all things considered (he's also a one man team).
Like the old saying goes, "there's a Discord for everything". Just not an official one by the developer, and no, I wouldn't know what the unofficial Discord would be called.
Why, that's simple. First you need to go to the Shop>Game Item, and purchase H-Attack Pass and X-Game Pass (Heart Max is optional as is Have Item Pass unless you want girl-on-girl action). Then, once you get into the game, you need to do moves that increase the Heart Meter until it's full like spanking or humiliating. Then, with the opponent on their back, you walk up to the circle in front of their legs, and press Down Arrow + X (assuming default controls). Then, once you grab her leg, press X again. Then, you press X + Right Arrow. Once initiated, continue to press X until you've cycled through all of the sex animations.
There you have it. Now go whack off until you're Rusty Venture in the flesh.

Dev is actually Neko No Meme (The same one who made the side scrollers)
The latest update was yesterday and the uncensor is still only for version 0.18.
The developer may be slow, but this thread's speed is glacial in comparison.
