This happened in my game, the hint tell me "Talk to Megan about..." but I'm not able to speak to her, or do anything of what I mentioned previously.

has the game asked if you want to share megan?

Not sure what you mean by "the game" but I've interacted with the men and asked them about sharing Megan.
If a prompt at a random time has come up "Hello! This is the game speaking, do you want to share Megan"
Then it probably hasn't happened yet, or I can't remember. I've spent 98 days so far.
These are my current issues.

yes a prompt comes up asking if you want to share megan or keep her as yours,did you load a save with this version?-i did and it messed up.start a new game.
