Not sure what you mean by "the game" but I've interacted with the men and asked them about sharing Megan.
If a prompt at a random time has come up "Hello! This is the game speaking, do you want to share Megan"
Then it probably hasn't happened yet, or I can't remember. I've spent 98 days so far.
These are my current issues.

yes a prompt comes up asking if you want to share megan or keep her as yours,did you load a save with this version?-i did and it messed up.start a new game.

Talk to Megan about sharing when she is watching tv. The whole sharing menu is available only at that time (when she is on tv).

All the sharing dialogues take part when you talk to Megan when she is watching TV. If you want to initiate the sharing progress you will have to talk to her at that time alone.
About the images you posted.
In general the game has some nasty bugs when it comes to secondary objectives with that being said:
The sleapover quest : Keep watching tv with them or talk with both of them at that time when you see both of them (Ami and Megan) in the TV area. Then click on them when they move on the bed. Keep doing that until you will be able to interact with them when they are in bed, and select each time a new option.
The sharing path: Since you have already have that as quest, it means that you have already accepted the sharing path (meaning that the game has promt you already about it and you said yes). First, you need to talk with the guys in question about them willing to fuck Megan, and then you go talk to Megan about it. Exclusively for Stan you need to buy 5 beers from the convenient store and offer him some beer and talk with him about it.
The "damn" pool: Dev has fucked up big time here! I am not sure which is the proper combination but if you wear the swimsuit that the quest asks about, you are definitely not going to get any scene. At first play the standard minigame with the sunscreen and then, you can try and have the correct swimsuit and change day clothes and if that doesn't work, change into different swimsuits with the same day clothes. I think it's best that you buy first all the swimsuites available first and work your way there.
In general the pool option comes up once every 2 weeks for Megan and shes is either alone or with Ami, so in order to get the swimsuit for Ami you will have to talk to Ami while she in the pool with Megan and I think Susan goes on pool during weekends too.

During the Morning period call Megan to your bed and ask her to put the vibrator. Then when she is studying on her bed, select option to "Fool around with Megan" and you get to play with vibrator.
The anal plug works the same way. You can only place it iin her ass during the Morning period and at night before sleeping she tells you to remove it and get to fuck her.

I think that it shouldn't matter. I mean, if you have corrupted Megan enough Clavin will mention this to her even if he has it already. Try to find an earlier save before buying it, or start over again.

This was a lot to take in, but I'll try them once again.
You have to camp the kitchen early morning and hope that RNG or something make the husband sitting there alone.
You also have to have high enough corruption and affection to the wife. I'm not sure about the exact amount-
I've already triggered the option, but after selecting it, it takes me to the Master room instead of staying in the living room. I want to trigger the scene that stays in the living room.
New living room threesome scene
Have the same problem: did all the kitchen talking with the husband, but no option for a threesome in the living room....Also, I do not see any new variant of the bedroom threesome....Any idea welcome!Then I don't know sorry!

In general the triggers are all messed up in this game. For example, in the wardrobe it says have Megan send a selfie to you when she wears the goth outfit while she is at the mall. Guess what? She nevers goes to mall when she wears that outfit. Like never! You can invite her there using the menu when she is watching tv or when she is on the bed but no selfie then. Go figure.Then I don't know sorry!

In the manual on your pc, it says that there will be pregnancy and you can monitor each girl's cycle but for now you can get only Susan pregnant if you persuade her to remove her IUD. And guess what? The monitor works for all girls in question EXCEPT Susan! I mean, the guy is purely trolling us!
