One of them, is only buyable if you start the porn shoot questline. You will need to start it to get the item

The ttheatre option only popped up after inviting to other places for me. Maybe the mall will pop up for you if you invite her to other places?

You need to do other staff on bed at least 6 times before you can invite her to mall

Check the error you get. There is typo in script and you will see line and typo in error. Just correct it in script, exit game and open again

Every new version since 2.0.1 is incompatible with our old saves thus resulting in a cascade of errors and bugs. It is best that you start a new game or use the "Quick Start" feature on main menu.

Have you enabled sharing for Megan? This can happen only in the Creep path.

started a new game after learning old saves cause lots of errors and instantly susan details on PC and phone have a error and so i cant see her guide and trying to get though it by memory of previous save

This update has too many bugs, it's always with Susan on the PC when you see her status and even starting the game from scratch doesn't fix it, version 2.0.1 didn't have that bug.
