He probably didn't enable the console to be accessible while in game hence why it's not working. But why do you even need to add money like that? Just play the game and when you reach the point when you are making videos with Megan you will get enough money to do whatever you need. Just a bit of patience..
Has the DEV mentioned adding a text box transparency slider at all? So many scenes are ruined because of that damn text box blocking all the action. And not a mod but a proper fix in-game?

There are a few things you can attempt, you can try to assign her a specific suit to wear and hope she ends up there or you can try to assign her to the location and then attempt to assign her the appropriate suit. The second option requires using the console. To pull Megan and any other character to the point, use Shift + O to open the console and enter 'name_char.location=15' to bring them to the pool. For names, you can use megan, susan, and ami. To change the suit of the target character, use the command 'name_char.swimsuit=###'. Same names from above, but the numbers are different for each character, Megan starts at 201-205, Susan at 211-213, and Ami 221-222, with all girls being nude with 210. Some characters have multiple suits so you will have to try your luck, the sprite should update accordingly if they are on the lounges waiting, but there are limits to who is present when certain characters are nude.
The above will work for any other location as well, you just need to determine the location code and clothing group and codes for the correct locations.

Does anyone share a save? Of the enable sharing route with only women. My save is 10 months old. I loaded it, but there are parts I can't advance. I think it's a problem with my save because it's too old.
Technically, she is not really in the kitchen when that happens and neither is Kevin, even though it seems like both are there. Workaround here.
Different suits have different scenes and require different levels of corruption/affection and might require additional scenes to play first, such as her father freaking out over her new suit, for each suit. Then you need to interact with her at least once for each suit and then she might also need to be some level of horny to be up for those actions. Also, I don't think certain actions can happen if Susan is present at the pool at the same time.
EDIT-
Just noticed you were probably asking about the Ami and Megan scene, this requires both to be nude and I think their sleepover needs to progress to them making out and having sex at Ami's house. They should relocate to the hot tub when both are naked.
