Through some trial and error, I managed to come up with a fix to trigger the wholesome ending. It does require an edit to the game files.
Step 1: Go to game folder and scroll down and open wholesome.rpy
Step 2: Scroll down to label wholesome_path_24
Step 3: Delete line jump next_time and replace with text in the quotations, "call ending_wholesome from wholesome_path_24"
Step 4: Save, then open the game and sign the lease. It should trigger the ending.
I'm not an expert, but from what I can figure out, there is no line in the code that triggers the ending. That's why it goes in a continuous loop. Not sure if this was intentional, or just an oversight. This method isn't a perfect fix as errors will trigger if you replay it in the gallery, but it should trigger the wholesome ending

There are lesbian scenes between Megan and Ami through the Sleepover Quest which take a lot of time to complete. There is also a lesbian scene between Megan and Stacy where Calvin also joins eventually. But there is no lesbian scene between Megan and Susan yet if that is what you are asking for.

- Rebalanced girl Lust accumulation during anal scenes, it's debuffed generally but it will now scale with the number of times girls have performed anal
- Bug Fixes
- Fetish Pentagram scene at university rooftop should trigger correctly now
Remove the dashes from the main title of things, people or places that have changes done to them, leaving the dashes for the changes only.
As this improves readability, but sometimes using leading spaces are not always carried over into the forum format once posted.

Using an old save?
The dev has never stated anywhere save are cross compatibility to newer versions.
both these errors are attempting to make calls to items, content or videos that are not present within 2.4.1
but they are present in the requested locations in older versions of the game.
so it is a save version incompat error.
fixes are;
Start a new game
or
Use an older version, complete all content then migrate to the new version as once you have gotten past these older calls to content you shouldn't have these errors anymore, which is near impossible to know if you have for the average player non programmer user.
Sorry but decent devs when they put out an update that requires you to start a new game ACTUALLY SAY, OLD SAVES WILL HAVE ERRORS BEST TO START A NEW GAME. Hey but thanks for stating the obvious AFTER people have already dealt with a ton of crap. Done wasting my time with this game until its done, not going to start over every time there is a patch.

All true but this game is riddled with errors always has been not sure if the dev knows how to write code or check code he really should get bug testers before a release and I say this as his paying customer
It's hilarious, how can you have the same blatant syntax error in the code for 3 updates in a row and don't fix it despite people reporting it like 50 times?

Reported it where? Most devs don't follow these threads so unless your reporting on Patreon, SS, or Discord the dev probably never saw a report.

How do I do/complete the "Megan Threesome" quest for Stacy? I have already ignored Stacy and only fooled around with Megan for 4 in game weeks, but I get no progress.
