Apart from all the above, I keep having problems with Megan's Route. These are the max I can get. I don't know what to do. How can I buy her clothes?

To get clothes for any character including Megan, you must go to the Mall. If you went to the mall already but didn't find any clothing store, then use the "Invite Megan somewhere" option when she is on her bed sometimes or when she is watching TV. Start with the clothes you need to buy from your quest log and move to the next ones. Also, almost all of her initial wardrobe especially her nightwear can give you a naughty picture of Megan on your phone. Just ask for a pic when she is still sleeping during early morning.
I thought that already, but "Invite Megan somewhere" doesn't include the Mall option.

Click on Megan and check the Quests you need to do to progress like shown:

I don't know what to do next. I've run into a wall many, many times. I have two main problems: 1) I can't go to the mall with Megan, though I've gone withe every girl possible, and I can get access to Monica (I mean, I can't invite her out, can't select her in the park , nor the park bench...)
It could be a bug, this game filled with them. Reload an earlier save could help. Or restart in worst case. There is one more thing you can try: change her clothes. Sometimes it helps.

You don't need to do that. You have corrupted Megan and raised her affection enough so you can do lots of stuff with her. Just take a close look at her quests and what needs to be done and you should get there. After you complete the first 9 stages of her path (in whatever path you may be) things tend to depend mainly on what you decide to do with her. That's why I asked you to post Megan's quest log here.
P.S: If you still intend to start over, then I wish you good luck and try not to skip the first dialogues where all the mechanism's of the game are explained
I've been doing this for a while now, and unfortunately, I've noticed that pictures keep disappearing, which isn't a problem. But there's one bug I just can't seem to fix: when accessing the university from the overhead view. Since it can be accessed via the full map, I'm still tinkering with it (searching for the solution).
Try using my files. I've fixed some bugs, but not all. Are the other ladies in the office available for naughtiness? Lots of grind for the Data analyst or whatever she does but can never seem to get anywhere
Having trouble with the strip club, the owner is never there. How do you trigger that?
