There is quite a bit of new content some very good scenes with Mrs Johnson and the blonde women we helped move boxes for had quite the twist so I'd say there is a good bit new in the story.

It look's like you don't have enough lust points for Mrs.Johnson. If you got all available points for Mrs.Johnsson after you hit 150pts there should be option to 'try to go further' and "Try to go even more further"

Think we've all hit into that issue not sure if anyone has got more points from it?

Well the game says get 200 points but minigame stops when you hit 150 and thats enough.

It's a helpful tool created here where you can put it in the game folder for pretty much all Ren'Py games that allows you to enable the console (also enable rollback, skipping, quick save on games, and other things). Go check out that link and download it.

Great, I'm hoping for more Mrs Johnson but less of those mini-games, please and just stick with the story.
