only 2? if re-download and re-extract doesn't help then nothing if ignore works.
try other install directory like c:\games\ and check that you actually have that file.
i notice a few images missing after the frist fight after visiting jess that gong to kat dont know its the mod doing or the game.

the game has bugs - it is something like a trademark for it
dont try to fix it, just ignore it, if you can.
