Do you have the Longing perk? Longing gives you the strong nose that smells her hormones. If not, you can keep an eye on her pads consumption. She'll only use those on period days. It does mean you'll have to remember to check every day and record it on the calendar in the living room, and probably double-check next month to see if her period isn't drifting.
