Isn't feedback ALWAYS a personal point of view?
Well, I'd say, it's different. You can give a feedback as an personal view and you can give it out of a neutral position, just by using facts and not personal impressions.

The red marked line in your first statement...that's a personal impression, not? And following it, it's clear, that at the end it's about the concept, what is not your style. What is fine to me.
But...it is not a critic, in an objektiv way. Sorry.

It's simply impossible to play this, especially if you change the language for non-English speakers. I've played all kinds of sandbox games, but this definitely isn't that. It's more of a tedious, loopy puzzle.

No worries, here is the answer :)
Have you heard about other options, like the existence of other countries, gifts and ebay in 2025? ;-)
Your question sounds odd though. Is everyone forced to upgrade or use the most up-to-date machines? Do we all have to abide by the bible of consumerism and the holy Black Friday now? Can't we continue to be use what is working, if we like? (rhetorical)
Like I said ~98% of the RenPy games work without any issues. This one also works, but, for some reason it has some problem loading the assets - which believe to be related to the coding (and not the hardware).
this, a small amount of renpy games ive played here are resource hog (both RAM & CPU usage). one or two eat both resources but some eat more RAM than most renpy games ive played.
imo, the mech in this living together game contribute to eat more RAM than most of renpy games ive played. but before someone asked, no, i cant pin point the exact spot and dont wanna spent my time more to evaluating the scripts.

not that i stop playing this game. it just not a smooth ride at some places.

Whenever a game developer needs to do things like this:
View attachment 5143181
Then you know the game is a mess. If the dev KNOWS EXACTLY that something doesn't fit (like non-intuitive gameplay), then why the hell doesn't he change that in game the first place?
A game where you need additional dev notes about how to play the game or how to reach certain content, is just a joke.
This is exactly why people hate sandbox games - this is the perfect exsample how NOT to do sandbox.
In sandbox games, you should be able to decide, when and where you're going to play certain scenes and in what order you want to play them - or even don't play them at all.
THIS, is just a puzzle game - not a real sandbox game. As far as i read through the comments and dev notes, this is one of these "do this x times", before you are able to "do THAT y times" just to unlock the possibility to do the third thing z times.
In the end, this is not a sandbox where you have a choice, this is basically a simple KINETIC VN, which you can't even play in a smooth way, as you have to stop and figure out your next FORCED step by senseless rinse and repeating the same stuff over and over again.
I left this so called "game" long time ago, and just went back after the recent update to see whether things have changed.... and what should i say? ...
Actually they HAVE changed - but for the worse.
Don't forget the RNG based mechanics that constantly fucks you over. You need to save scum if you actually want to do any meaningful progress. Without it i feel i always do one step forward but three backwards since she suddenly decided she hates talking about manga.

I'm getting the below error when peeking on her bathing (she's masturbating).
Clicking ignore the game continues.

Ren’Py games can end up using a lot of memory for a few common (and sometimes sneaky) reasons — and it’s usually not the Python code itself, but the assets and how they’re handled that cause it.
Yes, I'm looking at manually dumping animations from memory. Most animations get preloaded and dumped in code between the day sections already.

This is the first time I heard about someone unable to play due to RAM issues, and it is from an older machine. If it's his hardware slowly kicking the bucket, then I might be chasing ghosts.

The licking requirement got patched out already, I just forgot it was a thing in this version. You need to finger her x times before getting to the beach event, also, so it's not an unprecedented progression in the game. I'll likely patch that out in a future progression overhaul. This isn't a kinetic or even a branching AVN, so the game having progression hurdles being a negative thing isn't really feedback I can work with. There's an Easy mode now as well, so progression is very easy if you want it, save for the few things I'm patching out, like the licking/fingering requirement.

This is a known bug and it'll be fixed in the next version ^_^ Clicking ignore continues the game.

Can you try this?

Press Shift + G, go to Graphics Acceleration and change whatever it is on now to the other options.
