Played the game in japanese and the game is pretty barebones on H content. Basically what you see at OP is everything the game has to offer with small variations. Also a bit on the grindy side as well.

Pregnancy is ending only. The game ends after you got her pregnant without any actual preggo scene iirc.

So yeah, all in all great artstyle but mediocre game.

i played it when it launched on dl site it has so much potential if author will update it more but sadly 1 dlc and over. In game files there are more items so maybe update? Checked it author is working on another game sadly.
