I found the line for the night crawling one, so that will be changed next, but the lines aren't all grouped there in the code, so if you can take a screenshot of any spot where she still does, it would help a lot.

I have never seen this happen and my stats (trust/interest) are about 700+ both , alltho not sure if the great adventure has to be finished first , im in middle of doing it.
I wonder if it has a specific trigger. It happened when she was super horny (90+ lust) but sick, I took care of and since she was sick I went to sleep directly (I tucked her in). Also didnt lewd her in the bath or anything.
You need the chef perk and then let sister cook after day 24 (guild quest).

If it happened, it would be in an earlier version of the game. The base coding of the current version doesn't have that in the code, though there was an unfinished branching point for if the great adventure was over. He may have removed it and planned to put it back in with that as a condition.
It was in this version, I only played this game last week. Dont know what to tell you. Unless somehow I got an already modded version or something?
