So, technically it's not text so much as an image made out of text, so there's no such thing as auto-word wrap. Instead, the sentences are broken up in chunks based on many variables, so the text will constantly change, and translations have to match various different lines, which is much harder for languages other than Japanese. Possible, but hard. I actually took the time to create debug buttons to cycle through the many, many, variations for my in-progress translation to create a working version, but that time some time. And even then, the text's size had to be reduced from 14 to 11 to fit well. (Though, I did find out that there is one combination where it goes out of the window in Japanese, so not even Inusuku made it foolproof.)Not really knowing how the translation's done, one could hard code line breaks in the text, but the text would overflow vertically instead of horizontally. Another alternative would be to mod-in buttons to display the text in dialogs like those for the in-game patch notes (actually, that's the case for the android version of the previous game), but that's up to the translators.
