OP link has the DLC included with Shade's WIP translation. Mods have to be sourced from other threads. There's a banner in the OP if you want a more complete translation, which is weebier.

I made a save converter that probably works; it's hosted on any of the mirrors with the rest of my translation/mod. Should be able to convert both ways, though save files made with the DLC will become incompatible with the non-DLC game as far as I can tell.
