Has anyone played both versions? I want to know which translations are better, or is it just preference of onii-chan vs big brother?
I prefer Steam ver, but some prefer fan translated one.
You can download both versions and play both for 15 minutes to see which translation you prefer more.

Played both, there's some parts of the steam version that just doesn't make sense. There's parts of the fan-translation that uses memes. Both of them have things I'm not fond of but both of them are overall pretty good, you really don't lose anything regardless of which you choose. Personally, I play steam version mostly out of laziness but I recommend Shade's version.
oohhhh, will that be possible in another save from the previous version of the game? I wanna import my save from the non DLC game

best imma do. if anyone else wants to file dig to clean it up more, feel free. i provided the alternative to a less buggy experience, not having to fuss about installing the colour mod etc. and a save. however, if file size is important to ya. feel free to clean it up and provide a new link. this stands at 1.5gb, i removed what i noticed. but if you want a smaller size, feel free to take a look yourselves. im not bothered about the file size personally, for as long as its clean and works as intended. however, we all have different preferences. so if the size of it, and cleaniness of dupe files is something you strive for. feel free to seek em out
Quick question about save compatibility- I have a 1.02 Kagura save. Will that work fine, do I need to put it through the ISF Save Converter from the fan translation, or would I just need to start a new game?
Also also, does anyone know if the money bug is still a thing in the newer versions?

Holy crap. I'm playing this for the first. Don't even have any H-Scenes or anything and I'm loving it. As an anime fan I think all the aspects of the gameplay are so cool. Once I get everything unlocked I'll drop a review, but this is turning out to be pretty awesome. No disrespect to the VN people but IMO I consider all of these to be games, so I hate when I have to just read some dude's fantasy novel with no control. Pretty freaking awesome game so far.

The save files are mutually exclusive from both the kagura/steam version and the one found here. You cant swap the saves files in other words, it wont work.
Suggestions on what version i need to be able to use the save, my version is 1.4.0

I see that finally someone understood it, for an open source AI to be able to make images similar to those of someone it needs to be trained and it is not news to anyone that Jhnnn and Chinococo what they did was to take Daseson's work give it to the AI to give them something similar.
So friend winceptor I don't think it's a good option to defend those 2 guys.
Anyway... I guess we don't all appreciate each other's efforts.

Im not sure which game you got your save file from. But put simply;
- If your save file is from the previous fan translation with no DLC, then you cannot use that save file for any of the versions available here now
- If your save file is from the fan translation + DLC, then you can use that save file with the fan translation + DLC available on the front page but you cannot use that save file with the kagura/steam version
- If you save file is from the kagura/steam version then you cannot use that save file with the fan translation + DLC available on the front page
I think long story short, you probably need to replay the game again if you want to start over in a new version of the game.
