I would assume not everyone using this aspect ratio yet.

This change definitely grabbed my attention of moving forward regarding the project, god speed for the dev!!

At first, i was a little bit sceptical about the total file size of the zip (~350mb) nonetheless lets see how it unfolds

I would assume this remake has nowhere near close in terms of feature parity with the old version.

Save slot fix: reduces slot to 3 (original 6, which hides text options)
& larger text menu,option and dialogue.

Maybe it's just strategic .. instead of taking the story forward.. which will lead to bans etc. Reset and drag it a bit .. keep fans wanting. Like the AWAM formula.

The first version was emotional and exciting. This feels .. meh! Anyway ..

Beautiful renders, beautiful cinematic style to every shot. Story seems to be moving a bit too fast with how the mc went from not feeling anything to having feelings/lusting over his mom in less than a day, but at least it's going somewhere. Story itself isn't all that interesting and the mc feels a bit cocky at times but hey at least he's not sleep-raping his mom. In any case, it's the details and artistic value of it all that make it such a great VN.
The whole "mom and son against the world" premise kinda reminds me of Come Inside (RIP). Here's hoping this dev is a little more professional with the development of his game, huh?

A lot of people asking why remake it. Trust me this was never my intention at all, it just so happens I nuked my PC's SSD with my DAZ, script, and models. SSD was beyond recovery. I was pretty devasted but didn't want to abondon the VN, so I set out to remake it.

With storage so cheap these days why in 2024/2025 are devs not backing up their assets? And while HDDs are still cheaper than SSDs per GB, especially the higher you go, you're sacrificing way too much, including reliability to use them for anything other than something like an 8TB HDD for mass backup.

I got lazy, I paid the ultimate price. Lesson learned.

Really not sure what to make of the update. Some of the new renders look great, a few of them look worse than the old version. The change to the story does make the MC feel a little more normal, the game does feel less rapey. But it has lost something, Like I said in a previous post, part of the attraction of the previous version was that the MC was a unrepentant ass-hole. Humanizing him detracts from the atmosphere of the game. It's still very early in the development cycle, so that may change. Now it seems to be just a run of the mill incest game. The spark of difference that made the previous iteration such a high scorer in my book has left with the Devs failed SSD.

I hope the Dev thinks about the old version and what made that such a well thought of VN and corrects the direction of travel in the remake to closer align to the old version. Just my 2 cents worth.

I don't see the point in a remake or rework. The author probably has other plans for the game. Many developers reach a certain point in the game, abandon it, and start over. WHERE IS THE POINT?There is no certainty that this game will even reach halfway... GOOD LUCK. Author: No offense. This is criticism.

it is their first attempt at a novel, and honestly the rendering skills have improved beyond the original concept, one can see gradual change in rendering through out the original project, so it really makes sense to re issue the project with all the improved renderings. We get it, it is not for you and one has to respect that decision. Myself, I like the new renders, and the new release. It has been a learning experience for an author who is creating a project on their own without a team of graphic designers and writers. Speaking of authors that do have a team of designers and writers, they appear to be the worse offenders of milking their subscribers. That's my opinion, respect or not I won't will not lose any sleep over it.

give it some time, the MC will get more "pushy", I think the author felt it took went to fast the first time around. will have to see what they come up with in chapter 2
