How much "editing" was actually done here? Most people here see "edited MTL" as in that you actually proofread the text, but considering how you spew out games faster than a maxim machine gun, that surely can't be the case?

If all you are doing is text-wrapping(making the text fit inside the boxes), I implore you to let the users know in the description because that is very different from actually proofread translation and we have had drama about this shit before with others doing the exact same thing. Cheers.

With 3 I use Kirikiroid without any issues, don't know what your problem is here ....

2 uses a different engine (not kirikiri) so with 2 i play that with Winlator.

With Kirikiroid, it just shuts down when I click the .xp3 or .exe file... Also, if you don’t mind, could you share the container settings used for 2 in Winlator?

I use Kirikiroid2 version 1.4
Are you using an older version or newer?

Try another source of the game, mine I believe was from sukebei.nyaa.si which was the best place in the world to grab jp games up until an user named superelmo was active

If both don't work the only thing i can think of is that the problem is your phone that can't handle it


Regarding 2 and here is where the real conundrum starts ...
If you're stuck at the very start and gotta worry about the setup well i think you're better off following a guide on youtube for that ...

What the biggest problem that you're gonna face is something else ...

Turns out that the japanese locale switch also applies here and personally I REALLY HAD TO DIG DEEP JUST FOR THAT.

When I was in your position the latest Winlator version was 7.
Since this method doesn't work with 7 I had unistall everything and grab the 6.1 version ...

Since then version 8, 9 and 10 of Winlator came out and honestly don't know the state of the matter with those and if the problem with version 7 still persist in the newer ones ...
If you wanna be 100% certain grab the 6.1 too.
If you wanna try how of things go with the newer and better versions (since you know you can play other games too ... [I heard you can play Dave the Diver well in W9 and W10] ...) test them and tell me the results ...

So still no luck... Now it shows a massive error during extraction inside Winlator. If I try extracting it normally, then the folder is either empty or shows squares and dots.
Anyway, here’s what I did step by step:

1. Installed Winlator 6.1 as you said.

2. Installed Marina's Cuckolding Report 2 from MEGA.

3. Then, following Reddit instructions, downloaded the fonts from the provided link.

4. Opened Winlator and created a container based on your settings.

5. Moved msgothic and msmincho to C:\Windows\Fonts.

6. Exited the container and edited it by adding the following to the environment variables:

LC_ALL

ja_JP.UTF-8

7. Opened the container again and extracted the game using 7-Zip (also tried WinRAR), but it showed errors.
That’s it.
