I really think this is just the thing FrontWing does at this point. After playing both loca love games and corona blossom in the last few weeks.
This is form the second loca love game and its just par for the course now.
On topic not really a fan of both loca love games, tbh. The stories in both as of now released games are just too lovey dovey romance to the point of being a satire in themselves. And the second game has mosaic censorship, so even for the porn there are better options form frontwing themselves.

Uh confused here are this and the other games listed in the OP just parts 1, 2 and 3 of a story or are they different scenarios or routes? If so are there any chances of a game where you get all three girls?

No you can't get all 3 girls at the same time, there are only 3 stories.
Each one is a different route, 1 for each of the girls.
I don't understand how that is confusing.
Well, being where we are, it might be confusing to some that there are situations where you can't get all the girls.

Just a word of warning. When I saved during an h-scene in this game and loaded the scene after coming back it did not allow me to load the scene and said that you cannot stream 18+ content in steam so I feel like either some part of the crack settings are broken or it actually does still transmit data unlike what the op said.
Edit: I just decided to replace the crack instead with Goldberg Emulator and lo and behold I can load all saves now though I do run into the game actually trying to make a connection online but my firewall autoblocks those so really no problem here.

No, the crack is not broken. The official patch itself specifies that you can't stream 18+ content and it will block it. Plus, if you take screenshots of H-scenes, it will blur them as well.
