I saved during an scene and now the game won't let me continue. "Broadcasting R18 content is prohibited on Steam". Anyway to remove this?

Downloaded this from the Uploadhaven link and got a >30mb file which was immediately caught by Windows Defender and my Anti-Virus. Tried the Mixdrop next which seems ok.
Some download sites offer you downloads that are not the file you want. Always doa sanity check: Does the size seem realistic?
Sometimes, of course, the download is plain corrupted or faulty, but usually, I assume it's in there somewhere, and it's just obnoxious to get to.
