4th is in the grill outside backyard dismount the Knob, Kitchen drawer the package for batt. / Book Dragon queen in your room right hand side between bed and however that furniture is called (not native english) the click surface is a bit small so you have to try a fewtimes, on page 16 or later is this answered by the Dev.

You need to use the left/right arrow keys to set the tension (when it turns green). Then use the mouse wheel & left/right buttons to unlock each of the pins (turn them blue).

It is in the grill. Use the screwdriver on the knob on the grill.

took me exact 10 seconds, with search function,
Go to backyard >turn left>in front of grll> Select screwdriver from inventory > use onf the frist Knob
