Check that the subtitles aren't minimized. You can use the +/- keys to Show/Hide or you can go into the Options screen.

Boom! That was it. Not sure how the subtitles got hidden, but I unchecked the box and I am back on track. Thanks mate!

Go to Kitchen, click on Refrigerator, click on bottle of Water, Go to Gym where Devon is, select water from inventory, give to Devon.

The water bottle in the fridge is not enabled like the lemon water, but trying to grab the lemon water says "this stuff is gross"
Am I supposed to do something before reaching for the water? Devon asked to get the water before working on the AC

There should be 3-4 (regular) water bottles on the top shelf. If there is one missing you might already have it in your inventory.

Not sure how it ended up in my inventory, but you were right.
