I tried your save file. There are 6 saved games, and I loaded each one, went into the phone, and selected the memories. But the locks stayed in place—can't figure out what the catch is.
I think the memories part is buried in the game files.

exactly the same as me.tried deleting all files and even with a fresh download it still has the same locked scenes. any luck finding where to delete the files we couldn't find for the memories?

Use the groceries on the refrigerator. Don't open it, just selected the groceries from your inventory then click on the fridge.
1. Front Porch
2. Maria's bedroom (2nd floor), balcony
3. Devon's bedroom (3rd floor), balcony
4. Rooftop (turn right, move forward) this last one is where the tripod was.
You need the glue and bolts from the garage. Once you have them use them and the massage table in the build app.
