I mean this is a pirate site for pirates, a game dev just comes here and tosses in his free version which does seem to stop the pirating of it.

Paywalling content is not a new idea. I have seen it done many times in my years of following indie porn games.

Did you even look into it? How the dev is releasing content hasn't changed. The "free" version is an update behind and the "paid" version is the most recent update. Next month what was paid will be free and there will be a new update that is "paid"
Thats how the dev has been doing it since the beginning. Nothing has changed.
The "paywall" for this game is just early access. People will get access to what's paid next month for free. Nothing has changed. People in the comments are just jumping to conclusions without actually looking into it.
I enjoyed the option to be cruel to Linda during the "everyone needs a hero" event. The dialogue was exactly what I like from dominance.

Is there an incest patch of some kind? I presume that Patreon content rules and such have necessitated the removal of explicit incest from the main game since there doesn't seem to be a way to turn it on or set character relationships.

Probably they will. It sucks, but as this is stemming from behind payment processors, on the level of the money handling companies, it seems likely that any service utilizing credit/debit cards is going to be similarly man-handled by the same demands. It is a troubling development, not just for porn in general, but for the greater picture of when (not if) greater demands start being placed in terms of censorship. You capitulate once or twice, it emboldens them to start demanding more... It starts with porn, but will not end there.
