I mean, this looks fine here. One problem with 3dcg is that most doen't look good. Or are not very creative.
Like any that use Daz for example. You can tell cause you'll see the same 5ish models used in almost every Daz game, cause instead of making their OWN models, they just copy paste the generic ones that come with the program I guess.
At least when you see someone using one of illusions' character/studio programs they tend to make their own unique looking characters. (Funny enough there is also a realistic looking Illusion program, though you don't see it used as much as koikatsu or Daz for some reason.)
I really just don't care at all about the "cuck or be cucked" thing. I only have ever read like, one instance where I didn't just immediately lose my investment and get bored. It's really just not for me, not for lack of exposure, I just can't make myself think it's hot. (Not that the world revolves around me obviously, just giving my perspective.)

Femboy are.... well boys. It's in the name. What define them is that they maintain an appearance and sometimes engage in activities that are traditionnally associated with woman. They are not required to go through any kind of procedure. That what differs them from for instance a male to female transgender person which don't identify with the gender they've been assigned at birth. They still view themselves as male as their own identity and are not associated with a strict sexual orientation too, that's it's own thing.
A futa is a fictitious character identified as a woman that possesses a penis and sometimes a vagina as well, it depends on the setting and can differ from case to case. What define them is while they have a penis they also have natural breasts of their own while not going through any sort of operations. In any case the term has been used to refer to these, which is also different from transgenders who were "born as males" and lumping both terms together is a problem on this website as though a first glance from someone that never looked into these sort of stuff they might seem really similar they stilll refer to completely different subject and shouldn't be used interchangeably.
I was baffled at the femboy part of the op until reading the thread. The Dev seems to not know what a femboy is. If the brother has tits, then we are going full transsexual at that point not femboy and certainly not a trap. Not that it matters to me, I have no interest in either way. It's just funny to me that in this era of booru sites and tagging sites, where you can just put in a tag to get a decent idea of something is, that people still don't get the meaning of things like this.
Then you make two routes in the game based on personality changes in the player character, that you would expect to kinda drastically change the routes. One where you're a sub and get cucked. So then you'd think that well clearly on the route where you're in control you wouldn't be a cuck right? No, you still cuck yourself. What was the actual logic here I wonder? That people unironically would want to share a girl at all when they could just tell the other person to fuck off? Why exactly would the dominant person choose to keep being a cuck here? So right now the routes are, be submissive and a cuck and be "dominant" and also still a cuck. Amazing.
You can't even make the argument that the boyfriend was there for the player character to destroy and cuck and steal the sister from, because the dev admits that he might allow this is a sub route. When if anything allowing him to be stick around would make more sense as the side route of the Dom route as the towel boy who is forced to watch and gets no sex, because no self "dominant" person is going to allow some other dude to keep banging his woman. Which I imagine is whats going to basically happen in the cuck route. So its not going to be a proper reversal from sounds of it when you go dom vs sub. So truly what is even the point.
As for positives for the game, I mean the arts pretty cute. But the other aspects of the routes, how its the game is selling itself. Don't seem to be well thought out here, the dev not truly understanding the aspects of the fetishes he seems to be attempting to cater towards. I'll wait and see what happens, maybe this will all be corrected.

I don't think the brother has tits per say, rather it being a artistical choice to make his clothes evoke the female form and all that. Look at the lines of the chest. Those are bulges. He literally looks like he has bigger tits than the sister in pink. I won't be interacting with this character one way or another, all interest went out the window once this was confirmed to be the brother.
Even generally the trap content I see people post from time to time have the chests flat. The design doesn't fit the claims here in ANY context. I'm not going to make the claim that there are ZERO examples of a bra stuffing trap. But that is a very OBSCURE thing to do with them compared to the norm of every anime that has popularized the thing. There seems to be a clear misunderstanding of terms on the devs part.
I'm pretty convinced I am correct in my assessments, everything else the author has referred about him fits the femboy/trap/otokonoko definition perfectly and he did refer to him as a boy. There has been 0 mention of bra stuffing or any stuff like that which should have happened if the idea was indeed that he was doing stuff like this as it's something that would be mentioned when he's introduced if it were the intent as it would be a pretty jarring detail.
Now if suddenly when we get around to do the naughty with him and beneath it he's sporting actual knockers that would be even bigger than the little sister I would agree that the author has no idea of what a femboy actually is, but like I said I really don't think that's going to happen.
Update after playing through the tiny amount of game. Feedback based on the very limited amount of content published:
The routes seem to be intended as "Beta cuck MC with a tiny penis being humiliated and abused by women" and "Second route currently not available". My interest has lowered accordingly.
Tying the MC’s penis size to his personality is something I find off-putting to begin with. Making the "femdom" elements straight up abusive, likewise. I might check it out again once there have been a few updates, but I’m not expecting much.
The author can claim what he wants. You don't have giant bulges on your chest like that unless you're stuffing your shirt, are extremely overweight, or just outright have boobs and I never said it wasn't a boy, I don't get the empathizing that. I'm saying that he doesn't look like a femboy, and he doesn't look like a trap. You can just go compare him to other examples of either of those and tell and instant difference. Once again boorus and tagging sites exist, the difference is obvious (hint its the giant knockers). As it stands if he is bra stuffing, he's in drag. This is drag queen stuff at that point. Anyways I'm not arguing further, there are literally anime example charts of these types of characters and prove my point enough as the prime examples of this sort of content. This really isn't up for debate on what they're supposed to look like, there is a clear VAST majority trend and they look nothing like the brother does wither in eastern or wastern art style.
At best the artist made a mistake in design, at worst the Dev doesn't understand the terms. Which I think its the second one. Time will ultimately tell on whats going on here. Might as well wait and see.

Looks like out of my two guesses, it was that the artist messed up massively in the op image and gave him massive tiddies in it. Hence the multiple posters who were confused about this. You act like I'm the only one that pointed out he blatantly has tits in the op image. I even went and looked at the itch threads and its pointed out there. Artist should probably correct that.

After "playing" through the Dom route(zero content don't bother yet). The mother is already insufferable, I pray that she has a path for the Dom route players to humble the hell out of her and make her beg. Otherwise its a waste of a character archetype and extremely annoying. She's basically the perfect stuck up woman, for the player character to break and make submit for this sort of game. Even more so when the game implies she has treated the main character like shit his entire life, it only makes sense there would be a revenge route.
