I think the specifications are more than requested. In fact, playing the LOK Rebirth game runs smoothly without any problems.
Is installing and playing this game just as simple as extracting and running? Or are there other additions..?

Run it in Administrator mode? *shrug*
It's possible you accidently downloaded the wrong file. This is a common occurrence, often links lead to ads, or a download link will lead to an ad, or you will need to click the actual download link several times just to get ads out of the way before the link actually works.
