thanks for the clarification, their "mods" actions are pretty similar to the ccp way of hiding historic events, i hate that we as newcomers are clueless about the whole situation and can't get the big picture of it. such a shame "mods"

As regards their "if you can't control it, delete it" mentality, it's akin to sweeping it under the rug. The elephant in the room is still there.

You mean the stereotypical Jewish looking guy? He runs an eastern shop in noer. The same place where you meet the fortune teller. You can only find him there at night. I didn't know he'd give you quest or not, because I just found the package in a village filled with bad people. And delivered it to him straight.

Not sure if you found it yet, but I want to add that you don't need to kill the kid. You just need to loot the package from the house with a guard is standing in front of the door. Beware though, there's a guard inside the building too. No idea if you can go in and steal it without aggroing the village, since I ended up aggroing the whole village by sneaking into a completely different building lol.
That's weird, are you sure you're not using any mods? the ENG translation mod for example breaks the whole thing.
I accepted the quest in the cloud village but want to save the child. where do i have to go? should report that is his family is death.
is it with the quest happy merchant quest tied together? package is in the house of cloud village?
happy merchant give me no quest for this.

The merchant won't mention his lost package, you just have to bring it to him when you have it. Once you pick up the box the village becomes hostile so you either kill everyone or sneak out. There is no reason to talk to the kid without the letter and while the gang is still alive if you don't plan on killing him.
I gotta ask some things:
1. Does the cheat mod no longer work? I can get the F9 menu, but most of the things in there don't (seem to) do anything.
2. Can someone explain to me how the "Mend Soul" skill is supposed to work? When I use it on a companion, their HP doesn't change.

Ok guys you will hate me for this, but does a cheat or debug mod exist for this game?
I really like it, but the game really punish you, way worse than every other game i've played. I could understand if it was a normal game, but im playing it since it's a porn game and it seems it punish you for every porn scene. I want to wank, not savescum because i lost 1 hp more than i should.
Also stamina it's really the fun for me

I am not sure what you are talking about. The game would be far too easy if Lona didn't have the stamina of a 90 year old chainsmoker and the food consumtion of 3 pregnant women.

It's not so much the MTL and more of the fact that about half the game is straight up still in Chinese, like Noer's arena.

Yes, I'm using the fan translation. I couldn't tell you whether almost everything works, but I've only ran into 1 issue with one of the newer versions, and it's only because the translation wasn't caught up to the newest game version. As long as the event tags in the text file are there and not misspelled, nothing should break. That's not to say that the game is bug free, but most of them will be unrelated to the translation.
P.S. Even if you don't run into bugs, save often and in separate files. The game is challenging if you're going in blind. It doesn't take very long to adapt, but you'll probably die a few times to rats before you understand stamina management. Everything after that will be even harder.

Yeah, holy shit, some difficulty it's okay but stamina and food consumtion are just WAY too much.
