Yes, it's in the options menu immediately.

It's mostly just on loss to certain enemies or maybe if you go down the whore path. There are only a handful of times you might see a disturbing scene outside of falling in combat involving others (Though animated sprite rape is common among npcs, it's not really graphic). This is mostly a "sex is a punishment" game for playing poorly. Don't expect cheery H content, it should be pretty obvious but some people seem to expect something else.

Basically if you're not a fan of abuse/torture stuff and you're looking strictly for H, go elsewhere. If you want to play a good game that has dark H content/penalties for failing/messing up, this is great. I played this for dozens of hours before I even tried seeing what a lot of the sex scenes were like.

Pretty much everything I tried to do ended up with her beaten to death by the Inn owner for not doing well enough at the jobs (pretty much impossible to do without getting fucked to death by the patrons), fucked to death by bandits, sold into slavery at random intervals, fucked to death by said slavers because all escape routes are blocked your wrists are bound and there's a time limit.

I even tried slowly grinding up coins via the prostitution route and the one time I managed to without dying from slow piled up injuries I was ambushed and murdered on the way to the port. I have no idea how the quest system works because I keep getting ambushed and murdered on my way to the first quest (get the plant) via random encounters.

Quite literally the worst that you'll find outside of something like Demonophobia or games specifically billed for guro and little else. Although the orc-kind bad ending disturbed me way more than anything from Demonophobia did, while the Bandit bad ending just made me really fucking sad.

Making money in a few easy steps w/o major chance of harm:

1) Head out of the city to the right and keep going right for a short distance until you reach a field of round looking trees that says “rain forest” when you try to enter. Enter!

2) Harvest all tomatoes, berries, apples, dragon weed on the map. Interact with them to harvest. The higher your wis, the higher the chances of them appearing.

3) Harvest, exit, re-enter, repeat as necessary. Avoid boars while inside.

4) Head back to the city, sell your goods. Make sure to convert your points into COINS or your efforts will be wasted and your cash will disappear.

5) Rinse, repeat. Buy glasses from the marketplace to greatly boost your WIS if you want better efficiency.

You may sleep and eat in the RAIN FOREST as necessary; it’s pretty safe in there. Do so near an exit as a precaution.

People becoming hostile is based on weakness stat, not sexy stat. Having full piercing increases your weakness by a lot because it's a symbol of being subservient to the deep-ones, meaning that you are easy prey for everyone.

Avoid the face & nose piercings in general and wear clothing to keep your weakness down, at least until you can deal with people turning hostile.

Press 'F10'. You cannot copy/paste in the console fyi.

Then might I recommend a guide written by yours truly? From what I read, I'm guessing that you are going too fast in the game and playing it like a generic RPG. Lona is NOT a hero. DO NOT fight, run. Lona is a pushover at the start of the game and only becomes stronger once you start leveling. The best solution to random encounters is to run to the map border and exiting. Sleep when your stamina is low to continue being able to run.

You can see how weak Lona is by the fact that 2-3 rats can easily kill you in the tutorial.

BTW, the prostitute path is by far the weakest path; especially if you take the 'jucing' trait, more in the tips section of the guide.

Edit: here's a link to a save file in new game+ where Lona is leveled and has equipment, money, and food in the bank so you can learn more about the game (plus, she's a cute Moot). There should be no issues with it being an outdated save.
