Aw, I will just delete then. I really appreciate the effort you put into translation. I think Status "Creampie" and "Cuminflation" also has outdated tooltip. They do not decrease max stamina. Wait, i forgot we have decrease negative effects on stamina stat, might need to double check this.

Bobber Tail, the easy way to set the game to ENG without loading the game first is this:
Open the Game.ini file in literally any text editor that exists. You should see a Language= line. If that doesn't say ENG, make sure it does. Save and exit the ini now. The game should run in English now.
It's the way I make sure the game doesn't spew Chinese at me.
I can't be sure (I use a gamepad with this) but I think it's looking for ALT-(Up/Right/Down/Left Arrow key) inputs.

It is, mostly, in English. Just lines from thing in corner. As for moving, I got that, it just won't move forward after I walk around the chamber and touch everything. The gatekeeper just gives me ... when I go back.

Not really, unfortunately. There's toggles for urine and scat content, but the scat toggle is the only one that actually does its job; the urine toggle just toggles certain voluntary interactions with fetish scenes and doesn't really affect non-con fetish scenes.

That having been said, are you comfortable mentioning which tag you're referring to? I or someone else here might be able to speak to how present/prevalent that trope is in the game, or the context in which it shows up.

Maybe I'm wrong because I've never used it but I'm pretty sure that Elise sell a mod to make Lona sterile, shouldn't this remove the whole pregnancy thingy?

Stuck how? Is it the Missing Convoy quest or random goblins?

I know this has been answered already but is trying to rescue Cocona from the church supposed to be almost impossible without murdering everyone?
On my last run through I went in with the Catch Pole (which I think is technically non-lethal) but it just proceeded to splatter everybody instead. If you do just stun the guard at the door to the cells, does he just start going E .Honda on you the second you leave with Cocona?
The general advice is "stun everybody with the whip" but I don't think that'd work considering that I think it'd just go the same splatter route as the catch pole.
