Thanks I was looking for this mod all over the place, I can't believe I finally found it.
Any tips or setup? Currently, I can definitely do it without much problem but it takes too long and is tedious. It seems the best one for me is the cabin rescue, but the issue I'm having for all rescues is that while I can kill all of the regular enemies without any issue, I can't kill the big ogre before alerting reinforcements. So currently, the best strategy I have is to kill all regular enemies one by one, kill big ogre as fast as I can, and then wait for reinforcements to come and deal with them. It works, but it's just too much of a hassle and takes too much time.

I've also seen people recommend Demon Roots and Holy Knight Ricca but can't vouch for those myself.
You mean cabin north of mountain monastery? Pretty sure you don't need to fight the ogre at all, he has pretty short alarm range, just leave cabin by the side entrance and lead the girls along the forest "wall" without waking him up. Just gotta make sure the path is clear of traps.
Still, it's probably faster to do the rescues in watchtower or fishkind temple. Shorter path and fewer traps to worry about.

Is it just me or in version latest Lona's portrait keep moving down? (i cant see her pssy and legs) . how do i fix this?
in the current v 9.8.0.8, UMM/Nyx is no longer used
remove that, and the game should work

since NYX/UMM is no longer used
ANY mods requiring NYX/UMM might be incompatible as they are outdated
so test by adding them 1 by 1
some will give you error messages on start up,
others will error message during game play >>going thru overworld/ equip gear/ doing activities

I keep getting the following error "cant convert bignum into string".

Backtrace varies on what I causes it by doing literally anything.
Attached files for the complete error logs which has the same error type.
Things I've done:
- No mods
- Reinstall with no antivirus as per readme
- also have spec requirements
- installed all RTPs and requirements of the game
- did fresh save as well
Any help is appreciated since I spend more time playing this game than others as of the moment. I love the world building lol.

Have you tried a completely clean install of the game? ie: Rename current install folder, extract fresh game into a new folder.
from your error msg provided
can see that your doing the quest > slay monsters in the northen tower based on the co-ordinates

so i've re-dl from page 1 (win ver) and retraced all the way back to that quest
so new game and everything
only difference is i used Cheat MOD to speed things up & edited dungeon victim move speed
V1
took quest from quest board in Noer
Killed all the orkins, saved the victims
went to monastery to talk to the priest and the lady in the room on the right
returned to Noer inn to turn in quest
V2
lost to Orckins
no error msg from all the cg and etc
and managed to escape
unable to reproduce error
TLDR
sometimes extracting the game might have issues,
delete previous RAR and folder of game
Re-DL game (i used PixelDrain)
extract game with winrar/7zip(no need encoding) and run
no need to disable antivirus

however, do you have RPG maker run time packages installed?

seems like this game uses Bitmap Export v5.4 for XP, VX and VXace
might be better to DL all the packages
that might resolve your issue
suggestion?
create a new folder for RPG M packages in the same drive as LonaRPG
DL and install/extract packages to said folder/drive
simple issue tbh as many games require RPGM packages to run
might have been overlooked

I think I've seen you in this thread since quite a long time ago, were you always struggling since then? What race of Lona are you playing? What level is your Lona? What's your trait build?
My personal general tip would be to play Lona as a mixed race (Moot+Abomination). Compared to all other races, this one makes my run on almost every single build several times more fun and satisfying. Playing another race other than this makes me feel like Lona is suffering from disability.
As far as Mage build goes for early play, there's a way to pull it off. However you need to be meticulous and smart about the way you use those spells at low level, since they're not strong enough to be effectively used in chaotic battle, which you may not find fun to execute. Since you're looking for a 'fun' way to play mage, I advise you to follow my guide in my signature, rebirth into a mixed race (Moot+Abomination) and play a mixed build if you want to have a good time at low level (combining Physical, Magic and Succubus build, exception being Healer build since this build gets locked the moment you select any of the other builds). At low level, Magic will be mostly used for utility purpose (like Fire Book's stun, Tornado's mob control, Fire DoT injury infliction, etc) until you raise WIS high enough to get the advantage of its damage. Succubus build at low level with no Nymphomaniac personality will at least be able to effectively kill/stun some little mobs such as goblin, hobos, etc until you get Whore of Babylon and raise CON to at least 10 (20-22 is preferable and should be the stopping point, no more than this as having too much sex attacks will mean less way to stun the NPC, you want to stun/disable NPC instead of killing them outright). Since Physical doesn't need you to raise any point in COM to deal heavy damage, this will be your main source of damage at low level.
This is the endgame trait build I advise you to aim for with this mixed race/build:

If you follow this build, there's no need to raise COM, as Physical damage is already high enough at base (using the high quality weapons), which is further increased by Abomination race. There's no need to raise SCU, as the Moot race is stealthy enough on its own. There's no need to raise SUR, as the Abomination race allows Lona to survive travel just by consuming corpse (this allows her to travel with 0 Food stat as long as there's corpse to consume). All you need to raise are CON (10-22) and WIS (as high as possible, until you can reach overal 90-100 wis stat).
That said, even at level 15, if Lona is a mixed race, then you'll already have a very good time playing almost any build. I can make multiple video demonstrations of every single trick this Lona can do even at this low level if you want more details.
nice build ill try to use it, honestly i agree with you, moot + abomination is the best possible combination, you basically will always have stamina for everything. right now i am using a succubus build but with a little scu, survival and stamina, survival enough to make good traps and scu just to be able to hide and so that my items dont dissapear when they fall on the ground too fast, with the build i am using i have no problems even when my lona is gangbanged.
