Open the console (F10), and then input "$game_player.actor.add_state (state id)
You can find the state id in the file called "game_actor_statandstate" in folder data/script/editable (I think. I haven't played the newer version yet, so idk what the state id for that would be)

Seems the dev changed the debug skill. By which I mean '$game_player.actor.learn_skill(63)' doesn't work anymore.

The new debug skill seems to be ID 104 as of 7.5.3.

$game_player.actor.learn_skill(104)

After visiting the discord... I could also see why it is in place... Personally, I have no issues with it, but others that are not use to the internet... they may find it an issue.
