Jeez, i've somewhat gone through all the game has to offer.
The overworld movement mechanic definitely needs some add-ons, like an equippable mount to decrease time and stamina cost along with increased storage capacity, maybe some specialties or perks for travelling too. Pack horse just seems so unexpanded for its existence. Mounts with ups and downs, Like uhh... A pig! Minor increase in storage capacity, minor decrease in stamina/time cost, High forage chance. But more prone to being...... Hunted and slower on certain terrains?
I think Npc combat movements is fine, Enemies and allies move quick and react quick, slight problems with friendly fire though. Note that if you think its chaotic and hard to engage then its supposed to be that way, you ARE Lona, a survivor and not a warrior whereas everyone else(NPCs) know their way in a fight. Combat is based on actual RTS experience for the player
I also feel like the restrictions for the perk tree is too restricting. I wanna stab with cool weapons and be HORNY too. the personalities shouldn't restrict some direct gameplay mechanics but restrict interactions instead.
Stealth gameplay is fine.
Prosti and combat sex is also fine. (considering you'll expand on it at least?)
I'm fine with the story, OoOoO uPdAtE fAsTeR. Update at its own pace, at least bring enjoyable content with the bugfixes.
I really, REALLY like the plot intended for this game. The place sounds like an awesome warzone(until you're actually there)
