Your saves should be fine if it's not too old, like 3 month old, just download new version and put your save in then play.

Look I downloaded the 5.0.2 put the english translation of 5.0.2, put my save file(above) and this appears.
The version of the save was 5.0.0
Now the game is broken.

If you use 5.0.1 you will be fine.
If 5.0.2 save crash see this:

Yeah, correct until 0.5.0.2. First game save breaker in a while. (0.4.6.0). But funny thing is that 0.5.1.0.1 will again be incompatible regarding the new hair dye option at the barber.
If you can make double citation marks in console, then you're good to go with the added fixes you found. For a while at least

=: < and + (or in other words <+ +; < plus +)
} : shift + ¡(exclamation)
( : shift+9
): shift +0
when you put a entire line press enter, open f10 and start with the next line. do it for every line and it works correctly.

in all seriousness tough it not worth it since you already lost you're stuff and you're probably packed with injuries
the best chose is to reload a save . however....if you don't whant to swallow you're prid then all I have to say is good luck

Go to doom fortress first.
I have done doom fortress quests, do you mean I had to go doom before taking Milo's quest?

0.5.1.0.1 will be out on the 17th.
You do have an option to avoid waiting, y'know. Actually drop the guy a few shillings.
