This game goes higher than 820p right? For some reason thats the max option it gives me, any fix?

1920x1080 showed up for me after running _ResetRMsetting.reg in the folder.
Try what Frozen_Bags said above, then whatever resolution you have your desktop set to will be the max available. Fullscreen++ doesn't have any code that detects what resolutions are available, neither does the customized version that is included in the game.
Just remember that the max resolution available depends on what your desktop resolution is set to BEFORE launching the game.
You can drop them like an item or drop them off at the church

we really need a femboy mod on this, the character already exists
ECCM probably will never do that but it is feasible to attach a penis to Lona sprite and block all Vaginal interaction.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but I'm trying to install the mod but I'm not understanding how to install it, I'm not understanding it well from the guide

You have to allow it to do its thing. Although it's a Registry file it's ferpectly safe.
Wait, are you even on Windows? You kind of need a Registry for it to do anything. AFAIK, Linux does not possess one.
I haven't tried it, but if they are on Linux they could try WINE or one of the equivalents.
WINE has a registry and I would assume the alternatives would also have a registry.
Which mod and guide are you referring to?
As an aside to my fellow F95-ers, if anyone wants to come up with a noob-proof guide for installing my mod (or any mods loaded by the mod api), I'll add it to the post.

I could never get the mods to work.. I have them all on _Mods folder and run the game through nyxlauncher with them activated but they never work on the game
Sounds like you're adding extra depth when you extract the mods, which would make them not work since the loader wouldn't be able to find the scripts.
You might be better off using the installer that is over on the rus fan site.

An interesting thing about this game is:
There is no orphanage. The world is a shit, this and that.People die by bubonic plage and kids normally get orphaned, as little Cocona.
But there is no orphanage for those kids.And it could be fun.
I mean you can upgrade or help the orphanage to be a better place, or sell kids to slavers, make them act as a prostitutes. Or "throw them as food to the cattle".
A lot of things can be done on a orphanage, even make a new character or characters for them.
Also knowing Lona being an orphan it would fit with her personality and lore.
