I am tempted but i think i'll avoid it i guess, if the dev ever makes a less violent game in the future i'll be all over that though because i can't stress enough how much i love the look of this, just not the content i guess.

I would avoid it. There is a nymphomaniac trait you can pick which changes the dialogue and expressions into joy instead of pain/fear/loathing-in-las-vegas, but the theme is not going to change. It's a remarkably brutal game.
Does anyone know hoe to proceed with the doom fort barracks quest that involves a man/woman (idk tbh) to be talked to, then you got to an isolated house with a family of weird people, who will drug you when you eat with them.

There's a game called "Wings of Roldea" that has very similar gameplay; it's a top-down rpg that is also free-roam/open-world with real time action battles, there's a day and night cycle and you can do side quests and etc. You can also make the main character be a pure damsel or whore herself out.
As far as the adult content goes, it's not purely wholesome if that's what you looking for, but it's definitelly more "tamer" when compared with Lona at least. So maybe give that one a try since you liked the overall gameplay concept (I certainlly prefer that game over Lona, but both are good games in their own right).

I'm interested in this as well. Pretty sure I've checked each map tile and found all med herbs except the repellent herb.
(I really hope we're asking the same thing lol)
EDIT: Yeah, they're not the same, never found a parasitic flower so I didn't make that distinction. Wasn't even aware of the potion recipe using it (2x parasitic flower + 1x red potion). My bad.
Neither can be harvested.
Since I also haven't seen anyone mentioning this before, you can disable the lantern-drop-to-ground (makeshift trap/light source) when you use it if you equip it in EXT slot.
Just edit the "98_Game_Actor_QuickSlot.rb" file inside the Data/Script/Editables. The lines you're looking for are between the ##### Lantern and #####. Place # at the beginning of each line and you're done. If you want to drop it, you're gonna have to manually go into items and drop it from there if you want a floor light source. Btw. the Lantern gives light if you equip it in the EXT slot, although it's a bit dimmer than if you were carrying it in hand. (I didn't know that, that's pretty cool eccma417)

Go to 'The Oriental Commerce' (North-East of the square in Noer, building with the blue roof) at night and talk to the fortune teller.
Do not think that there is anyway to obtain that item outside of cheats and random chest/container loot.
Update is great, was wondering what the deal with those fish dudes was going to be. Overall this game continues to be very entertaining.
I kind of wish there was a Long Hair option for Lona tbh. The ponytail kind of gets lost in some of the art/poses.
I also wish there were a few more special CGs (unique positions) for different situations depending on who you were enslaved by, but I imagine this is a work in progress.
