Losing to the bandits North of the Church causes you to become their prisoner (as opposed to being sold into slavery if captured by bandits to the South of the church). While captured, you need to preform a 'sex-task' or something every night: fuck x amount of dudes, get fucked by dog, etc etc.
The dog scene is essentially them raping Lona and then feeling like 'bullying' her more by making a dog "'knot'" her and having the dog run away while dragging her.

that version is long out of date, you even needed a specific mod to upgrade saves from 4.5 to 4.6

So here's 0.4.7.2. It's basically a fixpack for the fixpack that was 0.4.7.1. You never saw 0.4.7.1 because it was so buggy EccmA removed it and replaced it wiht 0.4.7.2.

Aside from it's inbuilt English translation, no. The latest merged translation is still 0.4.6.2.
We'll have to wait on CaiNanE.
