Where can I find those "quests east of the capital"? Do I need to go further east than the mine?
Yes. There's a bunch of areas and even a small town over there. Most of them are still untranslated though.
If you're looking to trigger the necromancer quest, you don't really need to go there. All I did was
  1. Do the generic cemetery cleanup quest
  2. Do some of the unrepeatable quests (mine showed up right after the quest to clean up the tower south of the church)

1. Not that I know of.
2. No proper armor set as of yet, i've been hoping that the Eccma (the developer) adds a suit of chainmail or something later. As of right now though there are only 3 sets. the Adventurer set you start with, the Tattered one you find around and the Gold outfit for prostitutes.
3. I translated most of it myself already, read up on how to apply the patches from the main modding post.

I just tested the Hitchhiker trait and while what it does is good and all, it doesn't really go well with 15 points of survival, which lowers your encounter rates. I am guessing this was done to avoid players abusing the system to get a lot of good random encounters. During testing, I found that about 30% of the encounters were good, as opposed to the previous 10% or less (not including town encounters, which would hopefully be less guards and more beggers & preachers.. but will test some more and see).

Still, this would probably go better with my build, as I'm leaning away from any sort of combat build and world difficulty is 90+ and rising rapidly.

Ouch I can't imagine world diff in the 90. I found that even world diff 30 was getting pretty rough and not worth the trouble.

so how are you planning to make money?

You probably attacked a human or killed them in the city or a civilized area :( That’s why they might be after you. Or, you tried to get into the city illegally without your papers.

Holy SHIT ON A STICK!!!! I just tried that ending and it reminds me of the Broodmother from Dragon Age game lore. But what I don't get is why she become like that? I thought you would get a CG similar to the one you get when you find the girl in the Missing Daughter quest.
When you get a stack of the "womb seedbed" status from getting pregnant with an inhuman baby it says something like "you aren't human anymore". I'm assuming something supernatural comes into play from lying with goblins and there's only visible effects after being unfortunate enough to survive months of abuse from them.

More likely it’s the result of what happens to a human who”s been repeatedly raped and impregnated in a filthy orc den for a timespan of years if not decades. I have to give massive, massive props to the dev, I haven’t had something hit me that hard even in a non-porn game in a long time.

lots of potential with this game from what it seems like this game was abandoned and then brought back, is it going to be continued with? If so then a few things need working on like for instance the waitressing job everyone in that bar has the potential to suddenly go hostile might wanna fix it so its not a mob thing, also the game does have potential for beastiality content and plenty of lesbian content, would be nice to see both plus maybe a bit of futa fun as well. also maybe make use of the defication and urination need stats like after a certain point have a scene pop up in which she either piss or shits herself? overall an interesting game but the save files need to be worked on cause for some reason every time I close the game it deletes the saves don't know if that's just me or everyone

The Hitchhiker trait needs to be drastically improved, as it did nothing significant for me.

At 100 world difficulty testing of Hitchhiker trait the ratio of bad/good encounters seems to be 10/1. It might be even less. I walked back and forth in the woods and only got one good encounter (treasure) vs 9+ orkind, rogue, and undead ambushes. I also later went to town and walked around, running into guards about 80% of the time (which is either garbage encounter or bad if you have low morality), and bandits the other 20%. No significant change. I would have tested in town more but the bandits easily surround Lona and you can't escape at higher world difficulty levels.

Something did significantly reduce enemy encounters when Lona sleeps, reducing it to 10% or even less, but this was actually the 15 points I had to put into the Survival skill as was revealed when testing without the Hitchhiker trait.

Also decided to see if swamps are worth checking out. You can get fish and mushrooms there, but not at a significant level that would justify visiting such a sucky area. It's far too difficult to tell which water is the type you can walk on. Even the boars fighting each other at the start did nothing for me, as I could not get to them quickly enough to pick up the meat from the one that died. Highly do not recommend swamp travel AT ALL. It would only be worth it if you could get more fish and shrooms, but getting around 5 items was just super sad.

Speaking of swamps, I decided to fool around with one of the crawling fishkind. I'm not sure if I want to try for a fishkind baby now.. they are worse than human & goblins combined. Anal fisting AND breast & vaginal needles from one anal sex act. Yikes! I'm not sure how he managed all this since the loser can't even be bothered to walk on 2 legs.

(Sorry if any of this has already been improved/updated, as I'm still playing an older version)

Also I believe the amount of gold coins needed is directly related to the world difficulty. For every 10 points of world difficulty you will need another gold coin. The maximum seems to be 100 world difficulty, and so the maximum gold coins you will need is 20. In theory there is a cheaper way. If you could encounter the preacher 10 times, reducing the world difficulty to 0 would require 100,000 trade points, as opposed to the 200,000 you would need for the 10 extra gold coins. Sadly the random preacher appears too seldom for this strategy, even with Hitchhiker (which seemingly does nothing but increase Will).

There's also a small chance that fishkind gives you 4 piercings instead of doing the sadism needle event. Personally I did not find swamps to be so rough, but I've never faced fishkind ambush at 70+ world difficulty either so that might change my views.
