My guess is that Kat and Della will act more as the wise support for the younger girls (as well as taking turns riding the MC in to oblivion!).

I'd say she take the role of club Aunt. She will assist Della and help guide and nurture the MC's ole ladies and when new members take Ole Ladies she will guide them also. I do not think she wants to be an Ole Lady again. She does not want the heartbreak that could come with it.
