I honestly rarely drink coffee, the caffeine doesn't do much for me (especially if I'm on my meds) so the taste was never something I had to develop a tolerance for, hence my love of "dessert" coffee. It's an occasional treat for me. I'd be down to try the one you mentioned, although I'm not a huge fan of bee spit eitherMost of my family and even some of my in-laws were for years Coffee growers.
However good the digestive juices of that rodent may be in curing coffee, I still prefer the drying and toasting method instead of that.
I understand that many of you haven't had the same privilege that was granted to me, to drink REAL coffee made by people that have been doing it the same way since pre-historic times, a coffee so strong that it feels like alcohol.
TigerWolf would love it because it is sweetened with sugar cane juice, or honey, also bark of a particularly spicy tree.

If you ever want an approximation to the coffee I used to drink in my youth, this is close: 100% Robusta grains, sun dried, mid toast. Ground a bit coarse. Good drinking water, after boiling add the coffee, 2-3 soup spoons for a liter of water. A bit of table salt and a stick of cinnamon. Mix vigorously let it build foam. Let it rest for at least 10 minutes. Pour carefully. Sweeten with either sugar cane juice or honey. Drink in a shade, slowly. Best during hot or warm weather. Not recommended to go above 1 cup.
