Rangers(Ryker, Dillon and any of their team) and Recon Marines(Marcus) are all expert shots. Maybe not on the level of a sniper but damned good at range. As for the other Marines Marcus might bring, every one of them qualified at 500 yards on a torso target.
Stan also hinted at covert strategies.

My take on the girls getting "Family Ink":
Jessy: DUH! She is the Number 1 OL so she will lead the way.
Rachel: Maybe a small one totally hidden in public but nothing big or public.
Angel: If Jessy does it the competition is on so damn straight she is in.
Hanako: As her mentor leads she will follow. I think yes but not the Family stencil.

On the first part there I was thinking they might not bring him in to the fight that quickly and it seems like time isn't on Stan's side anymore.
On the second one I'm going to be surprised if Barb and Bob don't snuff Willie themselves and try to pin it on someone in RMC. That or maybe Angelica can actually talk him into sitting it out?
