HUGE QUESION! As much as I want Stan to live, what do we do with his Street Glide if I'm wrong? The custom gets enshrined next to Bud's at the new Club House. But what we do with the bagger is my question.

Why shouldn't Stan has his though of that? Perhaps he let Dee decide about his bike(s), perhaps he has a will where its written what he want.
Personally, one of his bikes shall stand next to Bud's old one.

I would think we keep it to take Dee out on weekends for longer cruises. I agree that we want Stan to make it but they have built it up too far I think for that. Maybe last minute donor pops up, like a minion that is kept alive long enough for an old military surgeon buddy to show up and do the surgery.

Regarding lung transplantation, well, it does not look good.
Rip or any other person need to have the same blood type (as we don't know Stan, we don't which he have and as such the world population with the same could be 0.5% to up to 42%) and he would also need to have a similar build to Stan.
Also HLA shall be similar (I have no fucking clue what that means in statistic).
But even if Stan gets Rip lungs (depending on that Rip's rip cage wasn't ripped open with a bullet or knife...), his chances of survival for the first year is only 85% and for the next 5 years only 60%.

Right click on "Hotfix", select "save link as", then save it right into your LRH/game folder. Let it overwrite.

Well, when I was young it all thing were better.
Most likely some old dodderer can't say that. 2 HPs or at best 4 HPs with 50 km/h top I wouldn't call those better times
