but is MC not related to either of them? Then that's still incest not involving the MC, even if he still fucks them. Most people see the tag they expect the MC to fuck his mom, sister, aunt, cousin, grandma, or the male versions of those if there's a gay tag too rather than blood related side characters joining him for a threesome. That's probably why there's that heads up in the OP. There is technically no full version yet, there is only v10 Part 4 BETA (with the hotfixes) and update 1 which is separate as of now.
