ok trying to understand how to see the new content... reading through the instructions

could do that.. or how about someone just makes a nice clicky link so I can download the game + update as a nice clicky compressed zip

I think it was the gallery mod that caused that issue (it was fixed for me when I removed it).

You are correct, once I removed it I could proceed as normal. The mod was supposed to be updated for 10 part 4 so it was odd t be giving an error in 10 part 2 content, but thanks for the suggestion!

Well, I had the same problem so wasn't that hard

Think it's fixed now though but not 100% sure.

He's asking if the patch includes the original part4 beta and can be applied to v10 part3. And I honesty don't think it does.

You can use the "update only" if you are still on the old version, not Part 4, it has the hotfix already, then you need to apply update 1 patch (which is the Rin content).

The 1.xGB patch is only for people who have the previous version so they can easily update without downloading the whole thing.

ugh ok I got it right the first way I updated then, had 10.1part3 on and pasted the update only patch into it to become 10part4beta hotfix, so where is this mysterious update 1 patch that is the title of the thread? Shouldn't it be in the OP also? No wonder people get confused.

It doesn't. First beta patch is ~1.5 GB, second beta patch is ~300.

Thanks I was just being a bit moronic anyway, after made my last post searched "update 1" and got it right away (bare with me I just woke up, its nearly 9am here in Portugal). What makes me even more confused is why this game goes into the latest updates pages without being updated in the OP. All this confusion could have been easily avoided .

yeah, it became a bit of a clusterfuck, no idea what happened and it's very weird why it ended up on the latest updates page indeed.

Hehehe yes indeed, when I saw it in the latest updates I made a new tab right away like I do with every other game I follow and update, and wasn't that long after it appeared there, maybe 2-4 hours after, not really sure right now. Then went last page and backwards until where the convo start about it, it was like 5 or 6 pages back and I only thought "I'm doomed, what the heck is going on" .
Start reading a bit vertically lol and even so when finished had a slight headache haha and still didn't knew what really had to do so was when I very confusedly posted asking questions I'm normally not used to do in this forum hehe on how to update the dang game hehe felt a bit like a moron doing it. But all ended well and I'm totally clarified and the game updated.

The game in the OP is v10 part 4 (first) beta with or without hotfix. The update patch in the OP is to update a v10 part 3 game to v10 part 4 (first) beta with or without hotfix.
The patch to update the game (v10 part 4 (first) beta with hotfix) to v10 part 4 beta update 1 hotfix 1 is not in the OP, but in the thread itself.
