Something just occurred to me...in the gay games, is it the mom that dies?
Middle son comes from college after mom tragically dies fighting a lobster. Man-bun hipster dad is all torn up, older loving brother is putting on a brave face trying to hold the family together, younger brother has an attitude problem and dyed his hair some shade of fuschia, male cousins (twins of course) live next door, he reconnects with a childhood friend he always thought was a girl...
Then the MC fucks all of them.

I've read a few of those. Rare, yes, but hardly novelty.
There's even a few where the MC has sister(s) that aren't LI's...
Now, if you want to be Original, try to write one where everyone is family and no one fucks anyone. Not even the help, co-workers or BFF's. Just don't go and make them all be related and not knowing. Try and make it last for 15 or 16 updates without any sex... If you do, you'll be rich. There's nothing that people here love more than be blueballed...

I'm confused. My version is saying 10.4 and loading my save from the end of 10.3,doesn't do anything. I just downloaded now from OP. Not update only,whole game. What I'm missing?
