Not quite closed. She does actually say it, but as you said, she never promised a threesome. This is when she is talking to Angel while Ryker and Angelica are inside talking to Stan and Della about finding Quack's ring. And she is referring to sex, they were talking about Anal just prior to this and she mentions she likes whatever he gives her.

Thanks for finding that screen
Adequately Caffeinated - it's definitely the one I remembered. Doesn't matter to me if she's convincing someone else how it works; she clearly is stating a fact about herself which isn't 100% true based on prior offerings and no outcomes.
Okay, I'm gonna do this dance one last time. I get a little bent when the conversation centers around a statement someone puts out that just isn't correct. The scene in question: the penthouse bedroom with Nikki and Jessy after both came twice while Ryker was still in the basement with the box and Juanita. Ryker enters the room. Jessy asks what took so long. Ryker explains. Nikki says, "My kitty is too sensitive to do it again, [mc]." Jessy says, "Hey, I told you to hurry up!" Ryker says, "I'll know next time not to leave you two sexpots alone for too long! I'm going to bust a nut in someone. What's your plan?" To which Jessy replies, "Tink hasn't blown you yet, right?" And that is what happens next.
At no time in this scene does anybody say "no" to Ryker about anything! I'm not gonna debate whether they have a threesome or not. Nikki blows Ryker while Jessy teabags him and the three of them are in bed together. It kinda looks like a threesome to me, but whatever.
The point is, Jessy is not lying when she says this to Angel. She didn't turn down shit.
So the MC being invited to sexy times with two girls doesn't imply "intercourse", either vaginal or anal? Seems pretty clear to me it does. What they did isn't a threesome, and absolutely not what Ryker (or the girls) were expecting to give him, hence the "I'm too sensitive down there for more" type line. He was turned down, plain and simple.
If the scene literally requires a "no - you aren't allowed to fuck either of us" statement, after he shows up to a 3-some and they knew he was looking for full-on sex, I don't know what to tell you. Him doing them after Nikki says she's too sensitive would have been not only insensitive, but borderline rape. It's approaching semantics now - he showed up with a hard dick, they knew he wanted to fuck, they didn't care to have that happen.
Seems like at this point people are arguing points of view about what the MC was offered, and it's meaning later on with Jesse's "never told him no" statement. It's clear to me, but if it isn't to others I guess there's no convincing them. In my mind, the MC was invited, turned down, and then it was lied about down the road. The biggest disappointment wasn't the lie, it was the omitted 3-some scene that the player was looking forward to. I suppose if someone wants to dig up the text surrounding the actual 3-some statement being offered, they can. I'll re-play the game and when I come across it I can post it here.
anyway, enough of that conversation. It probably never should have been necessary...
Don't see why not. It clearly has some impact in the scenes, based on what the MC was offered (implied), what happened, and what was said about it later on.
